1.Review all insurance contracts and coverages.
2.Provide a structual engineer to determine the extent of structual damage.
3.Provide a licensed General Contractor to prepare a detailed building repair estimatein accordance with the structual engineer's recommendations.
4.Prepare a detailed schedule of all personal property.
5.Assist you the insured in the preparation of the out of sight personal property as well as personal property that may have been removed by the insured and/ or insurance carrier representative.
6.Assist you the insured in evaluating the ages, and actual cash value and/ or restoration costs of your building and/ or personal property.
7.Evaluate the replacement cost of the building and personal property as well as the cost for any restoration.
8.Provide any experts needed to evaluate the replacement cost, actual cash value and/ or restoration cost of of your building and/ or personal property.
9.Prepare any necessary documents, such as Sworn Statement in Proof of Loss, Subrogation Receipt and Releases, which may be required by under the insurance contract.
10.Assist you the insured in the preparation of the Loss of Income and/ or Additional Living Expense Claim.
11.Arrange a prompt meetings with insurance carrier representatives to expidite the settlement of your insurance claim.
